Our ‘1 week program’ Range contains 100% medicinal Chinese herbs, formulated by our qualified Chinese Medicine Practitioners from Australia. Featuring ‘ENERGY, SLEEP, ANTIOXIDANT, GRUMPY GUT and HAPPY’, each blend is designed to create physical and emotional change in the body (as per product name suggests!).

Each blend is to be consumed as a ‘1 week program’; 1 teabag in the morning, 1 teabag in the evening, until the entire box is finished.
