Our jerky is cut from premium steak strips and we season with only natural ingredients. There are no preservatives, so we vacuum seal the product for freshness. There is less than a gram of sugar in the natural and pepper flavors and 1 gram in the rest of the flavors. We offer nine flavors in all.

The company was started in 1978 by our great Grandpa Bill Soffel. He started it as a butcher shop and in 1980 the decision to make high quality jerky was made!!
