The broker is an agent that helps to connect the manufacturer and retailer or wholesaler in the niche for a commission. Thus, the broker works at getting markets. It is left to the manufacturer and the retailer to discuss the terms of their agreement and see how they can work together to do business.
The work of brokers cannot be overlooked as they connect the manufacturer of sport goods, sport magazines, and some other essentials with retailers. One twist that occurs is the brokerage between the manufacturer and a sport team. This is popularly announced as a deal but it is the workings of a broker. The broker’s job is to pitch to the team and if they agree to the brand, we have a deal and the broker gets his commission.
