About Los Compadres

Los Compadres is a family-owned operation based in Bell, California, supplying pork products to distributors, supermarkets, restaurants, and foodservice operations.

Our product line includes cueritos (pickled pork skins) available in 16 oz retail jars and 11 lb foodservice jars for both retail and foodservice markets. We also offer first cook and second cook pork belly, giving customers options based on their preparation and production needs. In addition, we supply bulk pork skin, pork cracklings (chicharrones), and chicharrón delgado for distributors, retailers, and foodservice operations.

We are equipped to supply both retail-ready products and bulk wholesale orders, providing consistent product availability to meet the needs of distributors, retailers, restaurants, and foodservice customers.
