We recently launched a new line of Gluten Free/ Vegan products with a Nut free Double Chocolate Brownie (single packaging ad display box with 10 single boxes), a 2 Mini Muffins packaging with 2 new flavors (Oatmeal chocolate Nut Free and Sea Salt Caramel Walnut -Paleo Friendly). Due to a market demand, we just developed a new PROTEIN line of products with Grass Fed, Hormone Free Whey Protein and Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Protein with 2 Mini Muffins and a Large Cookie: Coconut Protein and Double Chocolate flavors for muffins and also a Double Chocolate Protein Cookie. As a High Protein Option for the Vegan Customers, we will have an Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie and a Superfoods Protein Cookie, both using only Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Protein. Protein products are not Vegan, but Gluten free, have Prebiotic Fiber and Lower net CARB- still with all natural ingredients and no preservatives. We love making delicious and Nutritious-better for you baked goods that won`t leave anyone missing the traditional ones!
Our baked goods are moist, not crumbly like other Gluten-free products because we use a unique Premium CASSAVA FLOUR. We use mostly organic ingredients, no refined sugar, organic coconut oil and NO PRESERVATIVES! We have a shelf life of 30 days at room temperature (if sold on BAKERY) but we can retail it as grocery frozen dessert (shelf life 6 months) or just in the fridge for up to 60 days.

Vanessa Hentz is a Brazilian Sports Nutritionist who decided to study Nutrition and Exercise out of pure passion. Her love for food started at a young age when she used to place a little bench close to her grandmother in the kitchen just to watch her cook amazing meals.
Peace A’ Cake Owner & CEO, Vanessa is graduated in Human Nutrition and pursued her working career as a Sports Nutritionist. She is a Member of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), certified as a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning by the NSCA and holds a post-graduate diploma in Exercise Physiology (2008). She graduated as a Specialist in Sports Nutrition by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in 2013.
